To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
The product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must not be part of the non-returnable items, including but not limited to:
Underwear or personal care items
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Downloadable digital content
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at info@kigaliboutique.com or call us at +250788958360 within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide Details: Share your order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our support team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the item(s).
Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item sent).
Ship the Item: Send the item to the provided return address.
We accept exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of receiving the product. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process and specify the exchange details when contacting our support team.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
Items marked as final sale
Personalized or custom-made products
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift cards
Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund depending on availability.
