Ensuring that the products are available for immediate shipment within the specified delivery time frame
Prohibited Products include, but are not limited to:
Illegal items or those prohibited by Rwandan law
Counterfeit products
Products that violate intellectual property rights
Products with misleading or false advertising
Sellers must:
Set their own prices for listed products
Adhere to competitive pricing guidelines to maintain fairness and transparency
Ensure that the pricing of products includes any taxes, duties, or applicable fees
Sellers are responsible for:
Processing orders in a timely manner
Packaging products safely to prevent damage during shipping
Shipping products as per the agreed delivery time frame
Notifying customers about order dispatch and providing tracking information when available
Handling all logistics related to shipping and delivery
Sellers must comply with Kigali Boutique's Return and Refund Policy. In the event of a return or refund request:
Sellers must assess the return request based on our return policy
Ensure prompt processing of returns and refunds
Cover any return shipping costs if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described
Kigali Boutique charges a commission for each sale made on the platform. The exact percentage will be outlined in the seller agreement.
Payments to sellers will be made on a monthly basis through the payment method registered in the seller account
Sellers will receive payment for the total sales, minus the applicable commission and any other agreed-upon fees
Sellers must:
Treat customers with respect and professionalism
Provide responsive customer support and handle complaints in a timely manner
Avoid any conduct that may damage the reputation of Kigali Boutique
Maintain a high standard of customer service
We reserve the right to:
